The Golf Academy

Head Professional Andrew Richardson, enshrines the philosophy that improving a player's performance improves their enjoyment of the game. The academy, which includes important focus for developing a player's short game with the academys ability for the player to hit out to the short game area and use of the indoor putting green, in addition to improving play from the tee.

Clubhouse Renovations

A warm welcome awaits at North Shore.

A facelift has been completed for the front entrance of the clubhouse. Essential renovations to the westerly elevation of the clubhouse were combined with the development of a new club entrance, providing better protection from the weather when entering the club during the wet and windy winter months. The balcony provides a larger seating area to enjoy the sun on those long balmy summer evenings (we hope).

Irrigation System

North Shore has installed a full greens tees and approaches irrigation system supplied through John Deere.

This replaces the club's previous ageing, and very basic greens watering system and now extends to full tee irrigation as well as fairway approaches.

This provides our Course Manager with the tools to further maintain and improve the playing surfaces at North Shore to his very high standards.

This is yet another example of the investment and comitment here at North Shore Golf Club in providing the best golfing experience possible.
